Project 6 – Renovation & Extension

Project Description

Ashmore Building were delighted to be involved in this renovation and extension based in Co. Meath.
This project involved the construction of two separate extensions along with a substantial renovation to the existing house.

For a fresh modern look, new plasterwork was applied throughout the home’s interior and also to its exterior brick façade. The project was re-slated using fibre cement slates and the home’s double glazed PVC windows were replaced with new aluminium triple glazed windows. A rich oak timber floor was laid to replace an existing timber floor and carpets.
Among the home’s key features is a double-sided solid fuel burning stove that subtly separates the kitchen/dining and living areas. The stunning open-plan kitchen also boasts a seamless Corian worktop for a smooth, contemporary finish.

The Ashmore Building team and its contractors delivered this renovation to a very high standard, constantly aiming to achieve the client’s vision of a comfortable & modern living environment.
